Introduction

In this Documentation we will briefly walk you through the changes so the UI change does not cause any Issues. We will provide all of the relevant information to what has been added, or if any options have been moved.

Note: The changes made to the UI are only cosmetic, the functionality has not been changed for any of the Tabs/Options.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

The First change we are going to see on the new UI is the Log in screen itself. We can see that the traditional style of the screen is the same, but there were some changes made to the existing fields to make this page more User-friendly.

Image 1. - Login Screen

As soon as we log in, we will be redirected to the Website Selection Screen (Site Selection) where we can select any specific Website we want to Access.

Site Selection Menu

The Major changes made to Site Selection Menu are focused on visibility, now we can clearly see which Website is Active or Inactive, and can see that the List is more tidy overall.

Image 2. - Site Selection Menu

From this page, we can select any Parent/Affiliate Website to access the Admin page.

Admin

Once we Access the Admin page, we will be greeted with the fully re-done UI and will automatically be redirected to the Dashboard as our First page:

Image 3. - Admin Tab

Here, we can see multiple changes done to expand User experience with our new UI. The whole change makes the page much simpler and easier to use.

On the Left side, we can see all of the Tabs that are available in the Admin page:

Image 4. - Admin Sidebar

Note: When it comes to our Leisure Environment, significant thing to mention is that now all of the Administration Options can now be found in the Admin Sidebar

Image 5. - Administration Options B2C

The main change is that these Tabs are now in a fixed position and will not move. This means that if we scroll through any of the Tabs, we will still be able to change them and access another Tab no matter how far we went in one specific Page.

However, as we want to keep everything simplistic and improve the Quality of Life, the new Toggle Buttons have been added to address this (these Buttons are available on any page that has the Sidebars on it):

Image 6. - Sidebar Toggle Buttons

If we click on these, we will hide the each Sidebar respectively:

Image 7. - Sidebar Toggle Buttons Collapsed

If we click again on those Toggle Buttons, the Sidebars will return separately depending on which one we click on.

Now we will go through all of the Options we have here.

First thing we want to mention is that the Admin Site and the Corporate Site selection stays the same, we have just changed their Location, but their usage is the same.

Secondly, the Site Selection has been changed and is now moved below the Admin/Corporate Site Buttons:

Note: Additionally, we are able to access the Site Selection by also clicking on the Website Name:

Clicking on the Site Selection option will redirect us to the Site Selection Menu previously mentioned.

Dashboard

Image 10. - Administration Sidebar - Dashboard

The Dashboard stays the same as it was on our old UI, except that the Filter section has been moved to the Right Side for easier accessibility. Now, as we scroll through the Dashboard, we will still be able to Filter it at any time without having to scroll back to the Top of the page.

Bookings

Image 12. - Administration Sidebar - Bookings

The Bookings tab has seen a lot of visual changes in terms of visibility of the Bookings. Now, the design is much more optimized and easier to use.

Image 13. - Booking Tab

First, we can see that the Offline Import is still found in the same place above all of the Bookings:

Note: If we check how this looks on the B2C (Leisure) Website, we can see that there is now a Button that will allow us to Create a new Booking from this specific Tab:

There are some additional changes done to the Booking Tab in terms of the Visibility of the Bookings. No longer will all of the Bookings just be set one below another, now we have an option to change the Listing Type (List View/Table View):

While here, we will also mention that the way we have changed the Pages of the Bookings (if there are a lot of bookings) has been changed, now that will be done as shown in the screenshot using the two buttons to switch between forward and backwards.

However the biggest change is what has been visually done on the Bookings we have previously created.

Image 19. - Booking Tab - Booking Status

Now, all of the Status have their distinct Coloring and can clearly be seen as the first thing once we look at the Booking.

Image 20. - Booking Tab - Booking Information

Additionally, the Reservation Details, Payments, Travelers and Information about the Booking Creation are similar to the old UI. but due to changes made to the whole Tab, they look much better now.

The Options UI has also been changed, if we click on it, we will be able to see the options we previously had too:

Accessing the View Details option, we will see the new UI for the Detailed Information about that specific PNR:

Additionally, we can see the Tariff Details to see the additional details regarding the Booking we have created:

Markups

Image 24. - Administration Sidebar - Markups

The Markups Tab has stayed the same in terms of functionality. The difference is that now, both of the Tabs that were previously separated are now found in one Tab. Now, we can View and Create new Markups from the same Window.

Image 25. - Markups Tab

Additionally, the changes to the UI are also found when Editing or Creating a new Markup. As mentioned before, nothing regarding the functionality has been changed, only the Visual aspect has.

Websites

Image 26. - Administration Sidebar - Websites

Same as before, the change for the Tabs that usually had two options in them, we have merged into one single option to make it much easier for the Users to use and to increase the visibility and quality of life.

Image 27. -Websites Tab - Create/Modify Website

Now, we can see that both "New Website" and "View Websites" Tabs are one single tab where we can both create new Websites and/or modify the existing ones.

If we Edit any of the Websites, we will be able to see that everything has been structured much better and we can find the information easier depending on the section we need to modify.

Users

Image 28. - Administration Sidebar - Users

The Users Tab like other options with two Tabs received an overhaul where we combined those Tabs into one. We can now Create the Users and Edit them from the same window.

Image 29. - Users Tab - Create/Modify Users

If we access the New User Creation Screen, we can see that there were only some minor changes done to the UI which are making it more compact and easier to use.

Custom Field Builder

Image 30. - Administration Sidebar - Custom Field Builder

The Custom Field Builder has also seen some minor changes to the UI. The main difference is just the structuring of the Fields already created and additional visibility.

Image 31. - Custom Field Builder Tab

When we want to create a new Custom Field, we can notice that this specific Window did not see a lot of changes. It stays practical and easy to use without any changes.

Command Builder

Image 32. - Administration Sidebar - Command Builder

Same as the Custom Field Builder, the changes to the Command Builder are the same, we have more visibility over the commands that have been created already.

Image 33. - Command Builder Tab

Additionally, when we Create a new Command, we can see that the Command Creator is the same, there were just some minor changes to the UI to make it look better.

Agent Visibility

Now, we will log in as an Agent to show how the UI changes impact this specific Role and what has been changed.

Image 34. - Website Agent View and Tabs

As we can see, the Agent will be able to see all of the Tabs in the Sidebar depending on what kind of Access we give them. Additionally, the "New Booking" button will be shown for them so they can easily start creating the Booking.

If we now click on the "New Booking" Button, the Sidebar with the Tabs will stay there, the only change we have is that the Booking Tab will appear in the same Window:

Image 35. - Website Agent View, Tabs and Booking Engine

Everything after this practically stays the same for the Agent, the only change was made for the UI to be easier to use and for them to have easier access to what they need instead of going through multiple tabs for a single purpose.

Corporate Employee Visibility

When we Log in as an Employee (with all of the Roles) we can see that the UI practically stays the same, there are just some minor changes to It's structure:

Image 36. - Corporate Employee View of Travel Groups

If the Employee is in multiple Travel Groups, they can quickly change them at any time by using our new Drop-down button which will have all of their assigned Travel Groups:

If there are too many Travel Groups, they can quickly be viewed by using the arrow keys to go through the Pages:

Image 38. - Travel Group Previous/Next Page Button

If we Edit the Travel Group, we can see that all of the Tabs can still be found on the Side for a much clearer visibility for the Employees as before.
