Introduction

Agency Working Time option is great to use if your Agency or Corporate has a specific working time and you do not wish to receive any reservation or see any Options from the Search outside of that Range.

What is Agency Working Time?

Agency Working Time is an option that allows Agencies and Corporate Users to add the specific time during which the Bookings can be created. This option is mostly used so that no reservation can come after the Agency Working Hours have passed.


No flights that are outside of the Agency Working Time will be shown. 


Setup

To Activate the Agency Working Time Option, we would need to access the Website Settings on the Website:

Once we Access the Website Settings, we will be able to find the Agency Working Time Option right below the Queues:

If we enable the option as shown in the Image above, we will receive a new Tab showing us the Agency Working Time option:

When we access it, we will be able to see all of the options we have and set up the specific time we want the Results to be shown for and additionally, we can set up non-working days if we need to:

Once we set up everything, we can just confirm our choice by clicking on "Change working time" Button.


After this has been done, the Agency Working Time will be enabled and the Platform will automatically take the settings added into consideration.
