Unable to sell


Cause:

This error is being sent to us by Amadeus due to the Flight being unavailable. It is still being shown on our Platform due to Thomalex and other providers alike, are taking the Flights from Amadeus’ Cached Inventory, which is being updated by Amadeus. This Error is shown due to that Inventory not being Updated, and the Unavailable Flight is trying to get booked. 


Resolution:

To resolve the issue, usually waiting for Amadeus to update their Inventory will do the job. If multiple days have passed and the flight is not available, please contact the Thomalex Support Team and we will contact Amadeus on your behalf.
