This error is common for Airlink.


Make sure to verify that the correct payment information has been entered.


Be sure to check the following:

  1. Card Number (check if it is correct)
  2. Card Holder Name (must be the identical as on the credit card)
  3. Expiration Date (must be valid – check if it is expired)
  4. Card Security Code (check if it was entered correctly)

*****EVERYTHING MUST BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS ON THE CARD.*****


***If the client confirms that all the information is correct, then the issue is most likely with Airlink.***

In that case, it is the support team's task to find the logs (and upload them) and to involve someone from Airlink directly in the conversation.
Be sure to prepare the following:

  1. Deferred Payment RQ+RS
  2. Time stamp
  3. Session ID
