Introduction
This part of the corporation's travel group settings consists primarily of the options for train travel specifications, as well as the options to enter your negotiated fare codes among other settings.

Setup
To be able to access the Train Travel Settings, we need to first enable them in the Website Settings:

The following options are available additionally to enabling the Train Travel Settings:
Option Name | Description |
Use Custom Credentials | If there are any specific credentials that need to be set for the Train Travel, they need to be set in this field. |
SNCF Environment | If SNCF is used, we need to choose whether we want to set it into the Production or Test Environment here. |

Now, we can access our Administration Options and see that the Train Travel Settings have appeared:

Important note - Before applying any changes or deleting any data within Car Travel Settings make sure that you click on "Save" for each newly added infomation in order to verify that the system will safely store all the changes and that no data gets lost.
In the following lines, you will find references for all available settings within this part of the travel group options for all corporations:
Option Name | Description |
Show availability starting from | Allows you to specify the starting date of flight availability. |
Show availability up to | Specify the number of days up to which the availability will be presented. |
Prevent bookings x hours prior to train departure | An optional setting that allows you to specify values between 0 to 24. The default value is 0. This option only applies to trains that depart "x" hours from the present moment. |
Custom prevent booking message | If the booking gets prevented by the previous option, we can set a custom message to be shown to our customers. |
Include Only/Exclude Fares by Fare Label: | |
Display unsellable trains | This option will allow us to show the unsellable trains to our customers. |
Display Policy | Select from three possible options to display train results according to established Train Travel Policies. The available options are: Display all options - Will display all train results regardless of being in or out of policy. Display only in policy - Will display only train results that are "In policy". Display out of policy only if in policy is not available - Will display train results that are out of policy since no "In policy" train results are able to be provided. |
Travel Approval | Allows you to select between three possible rules for train travel approval requirements that will be applied to all members of the travel group. Three possible options are: Never needs Approval - No approval will be required for completing train reservations. Always needs Approval - Creates an imperative that all train reservations will require approval. Approval is only needed when booking is out of policy - Sets a rule that the approval is required only for the train results that are "Out of policy'. |
Travel Notifications | Specify whether Train Travel notifications such as booking confirmations or cancelations will be sent to passengers. There's an option to toggle between "Always needs Notifications" and "Never needs Notifications". |
Negotiated Contract Codes | There are 3 available options for which we can add the Contract Codes for the Train Travel, these will allow us to have negotiated rates for specific Trains: SNCF Contract Code Eurostar Contract Code Thalys Contract Code |
