Introduction

The Corporate side of the Website opens up a lot of changes regarding the addition of the Travel Groups. These will allow different options and roles to be applied for each group individually. In this article, we will log in as a Profile Manager and see what functionalities will be available to us.

What is a Profile Manager?

The Profile Manager is a one of many roles available in the Travel Groups, their main function is to manage the Profiles of the Employees in the Travel Group they are a part of.


The Profile Manager can not create Bookings, their only role is to Manage the Employee's Profiles.



Logging in as Profile Manager

After logging in with Profile Manager credentials, we will see the List of Employees and will be able to manage them:

On this window, we can see that all of the Employees from the Travel Group selected (Travel Group where the Profile Manager has been added), we can Edit the Employees and also Delete them respectively.


Firstly, we can see multiple options above the Employee List itself:

Create Employee
Here, we will be able to Create Employees and add all of the relevant information regarding their Personal Information and Roles they have in the Travel Groups where they are added.

Upload Employee FileAllows you to bulk upload employees from a CSV file for either one or multiple travel groups.

Download CSV Employee DataThe option that downloads all employee data from a travel group in a .csv format.
Download Excel Employee DataThe option that downloads all employee data from a travel group in a .xsls format.

The Employee List at first sight lets us see the relevant information on every Employee in the Travel Group. Every of the Employees shown can be Edited or Deleted at any time by the Profile Manager.

To aid us in finding the Employee that needs Editing or Deleting, we can use the Search field and add any of the details we have regarding that Employee to filter them out.
