Introduction
This documentation will guide you through all of the steps needed to set up the On Request Cars. This option's functionality is to add Cars that are not in the GDS and due to it being added in the Website Settings, it will be applied to every Travel Group on the Website.

Setup
To enable On Request Cars, we would first need to access the Website Settings on our Website.
The On Request Cars option can be used for both Leisure and Corporate websites.
After logging into the Website, we will be able to select the Website tab:

After this, the drop-down menu will appear, on which we will select the View Websites to access the List of the Websites available:

Next up, we will see a List of the available Websites, now we just have to select the Edit Website option found in the Actions Menu:

We will now be redirected to the Website Settings where amongst all other options, we can find the On Request Cars option and enable it.

If there are multiple Affiliate websites available, we can enable "Use Parent Web Site On Request Car Inventory" option to have the same inventory of On Request Cars from Parent Website on the Affiliate Website (Option would need to be enabled on all the Affiliate Websites we want to see the Parent's Inventory on).
Updating the Website Settings will cause a new Tab to appear for us called "On Request Cars".

Accessing this Tab, we will be able to see the Empty List of Car Vendors, and we can Add a Vendor to populate the List.

If we select the Add a Vendor button, we will be redirected to a new Window showing us the Vendor Description, on which we can add the relevant information about the Vendor itself.

Option Name | Description |
Name | Here we are able to set the Name of the Vendor itself which we want to show to our Customers. This is the only Mandatory field in the Vendor Description section. |
Minimal Rental Duration | The Minimal Rental Duration can be used to set the minimal amount of days that the Cars can be rented for, if the Customer chooses a duration that is less than the amount we have added, the Vendor will not be shown in the Search Results for them. |
Deposit | If this option is enabled, the deposit will be mandatory when the Customer is Paying. The Booker will be informed about the total amount of deposit in the Shopping Cart. The value of this field can be either Percentage or a Fixed Value. The Payment must be finished with the Credit Card in case the Deposit has been enabled. If Payment Gateway is enabled, the Deposit will be charged right away and if not, the remark will be sent so the Agents can know that they should charge the Deposit. |
Logo | Here, we are able to Upload the Logo of the On Request Car Vendor for which we are adding the information. The Format of the Image must be in a .png format and 55x55 resolution. |

Pressing Save, all of the Options set on this Window will be saved in the System and we will be notified by the Pop-up notification:

The Vendor Description fields will now be shown filled with information which can be modified any time.

Afterwards, we will be able to see two additional options being shown to us, which will require more information about the Vendor or rather the Vendor's Office Location and Vehicles.

Office Locations
In order to add new Office Locations, we need to press the Add Location button.

After that, a new window will appear showing us all of the information which we will be able to input in order to set the Office Location itself.

Option Name | Description |
City or Airport | Here we can enter the name of the City or Airport on which this Vendor will be shown. This can be done multiple times if there are multiple locations where the Vendor operates. |
Address | The exact Address can additionally be added if we want to provide this information to our Customer. |
Phone Number | The Phone Number can also be added as a Contact Information of the Vendor. |
Opens/Closes | This option will dictate the availability of the Vendor. The Customers will not be able to see the Vendor outside of its working ours. |

After adding all of the relevant information regarding the Vendor's Location, we can Save the changes and the Notification Pop-Up will be shown.

The Location List will also be updated with our previously provided information.

We will be able to Edit the chosen Location at any time by pressing the Edit button, Delete the location at any time by pressing the Delete button and/or add additional locations by pressing the Add Location Button:

Vehicles
After the Office Locations have been added, we can add the Vehicles themselves by pressing the Add Item button under the Vehicles section:

Pressing the Add Item button will redirect us to a new tab called Vehicle, here we can add all of the relevant information regarding the Vehicles themselves and their respective details.

Option Name | Description |
Brand | This option dictates which Car Brand the vehicle is. e.g. Ford |
Model | This option dictates which Model of the previously added Brand the vehicle is. e.g. Focus |
Vehicle Image | We are able to add the Image of the Vehicle we are adding which will later be shown to the Customer in the Search Results. The Vehicle Image must be in the .png Format. |
Category | This option dictates which Category the vehicle is. e.g. All Terrain/2-3 Door |
Type | This option dictates the Type of the Vehicle itself. e.g. Compact/Mini/Luxury |
Air Condition | This option will let us choose whether the Car itself has the Air Condition Available. |
Automatic Transmission | This option will let us choose whether the Car itself has the Automatic Transmission Available. |
Free Mileage Type | Here, we will be able to set whether the Free Mileage is Limited or Unlimited. |
Quantity | Setting the Free Mileage Type option to Limited will enable this option and let us choose the Limit for the Amount of the mileage Unit (whether it is Kilometers or Miles). |
Unit | Setting the Free Mileage Type option to Limited will enable this option and let us choose the Unit for which the Quantity was previously added. There are 2 Unit options available: - Kilometers - Miles |
Rate Conditions | In this field, we are able to add Rate Conditions if there are any to add. |

After all of the information has been added, we can press the Save Button and a Notification Pop-up will be shown to us letting us know that the Data has been saved.

Now we will be able to see the Vehicle we have added in the List of the Vehicles in the previous Menu:

As the Office Locations, the Vehicles can also be modified (Edit/Delete) and/or additional Vehicles can be added to the List.

If we select the Edit button, we will see that multiple tabs allowing us to add mandatory information regarding the Vehicles.

The First additional Tab we can see is the Prices tab, here we will be able to add all of the Pricing details for the chosen Vehicle.

Option Name | Description |
Base Price | Set the Base Price of the Vehicle. |
Start Date/End Date | Choose the Start and the End date of the Pricing to take place. |
Minimal Days | Choose Minimal days of rental for this Vehicle. |

After adding all of the relevant information, we can press the Add button to Add our Vehicle's pricing information.
The Notification Pop-up will be shown to let us know that the Data was saved.

Now we will be able to see all of the Pricings for this particular Vehicle in the List:

We can now switch tabs to the next one - Taxes and Surcharges.

Here we will be able to add all of the Taxes related to the Vehicle itself.

Rate Type | Here we can choose whether we want the Rate to be applied Per Rental or Per Day. |

After the data has been added, we can press the Add button to save the changes.
The Notification Pop-up will be shown to let us know that the Data was saved.

Due to the Similarity of the Fields located in the next two tabs, they will be covered as one.
The tabs in this case are Protections and Coverages / Rental Options.
Some examples are Car Accident Protection, GPS, baby seat etc.

Option Name | Description |
Description | Description of the charge we are applying to the Vehicle. |
Rate | We can add the Rate Amount here. |
Rate Type | Here we can choose whether we want the Rate to be applied Per Rental or Per Day. |
Included | Choose whether this charge is included with the base pricing of the Vehicle or if it is paid individually. |

After the data has been added, we can press the Add button to save the changes.

We have now finished adding a fully usable On Request Car, as can be seen if we go back to the On Request Car tab by pressing directly on the tab or by pressing the Back button.

This will take us back to the initial list of the Car Vendors.

Here, we can at any time modify (Edit/Delete) the Vendors and/or add new Vendors by pressing the Add a Vendor button.

Examples
To see our On Request Car, we will take some things into consideration:
Vendor Name, Office Location, Working Hours and the Vehicle Brand/Vehicle Details.

In the Booking Engine, we will need to input this information in order to see our On Request Car:

Note that Working Hours and Minimal Rental Duration need to be considered when searching for the Car Vendors as we have previously set some of the Rules that the On Request Car will follow.
We will be able to see our On Request Car in the Search Results now, as well as in the Filters:
