Introduction
In this document we will go through the functionality and usage of the Employee Profile Management tab. This option is used to limit or expand what can be seen and/or mandatory.

Setup
To begin using this option, we would first need to enable it.
Employee Profile Management option can be used both for B2B and B2C Websites.
Enabling Employee Profile Management is pretty simple, the option itself can be enabled from the Website Settings and checking the "Enable Employee profile management" option.

After this, we can see that the new tab appears for the Administrators in the Admin Panel.

If you are unable to see this option, logging out should fix the problem.
Employee Profile Management - Creating Fields
Accessing the Employee Profile Management Tab will show us the following screen:

Here, we can see a lot of different options which we can tweak and work with.
To further explain this, we will make a new option and showcase it.
To add a new option to the list, we need to click on the "Add new field" button.

After clicking on the button, we will be redirected to the screen where we can select numerous fields and enable/disable certain options which will affect them and/or their visibility.
Employee Profile Management - Options
Here, we will go through all of the options available to us when creating/editing the Employee Profile Field.

Option | Description |
Field | The Field option will let us choose which of the certain parameters we would like to show/hide. The options used below this option will directly influence how and where we are seeing it. |
Default Value | This field will let us add the default value to the field we have previously chosen, which will be seen if nothing has been inputted in it.![]() ![]() |
Is enabled | This option will either Enable or Disable the Field we have chosen. |
Is mandatory | Activating this option will make the field mandatory, and the Employees will have to fill it.![]() |
Is read only | If we activate this option and make the Field "read only", we will be unable to add anything to that field in the Employee Profile, it will be greyed out and the Default Value will only be shown (Default Value is mandatory when making the Field read only).![]() |
Show on profile | If this option is enabled, the Field we have added will be shown on the Employee's Profile.![]() |
Show on shopping cart | If this option is enabled, the Field we have added will be shown on the Shopping Cart. In this case, the Field has to be something that can be shown on the Shopping cart, so not all of the fields can be shown here.![]() This field with it's properties will be shown in the Shopping cart. ![]() |
Show on email template | If this option is enabled, the Field we have added will be shown on the Email Template. In this case aswell, the Field has to be something that can be shown on the Email Template, so not all of the fields can be shown here.![]() This field with it's properties will be shown in the Email Template. |

Employee Profile Management - Edit/Delete
Edit
While being able to create the Fields, we can also Edit them at any time.
This option can be useful if we want to modify an existing Field or if we forgot to turn on/off any option.

After clicking on the Edit button, we will be redirected to the same screen as when we were creating the Fields.

Here, we can make changes and Save them so that they can be updated.
Delete
If we entirely want to remove the Field we have made, we can delete the said Field and all of the changes we have made will be reverted to default (regarding that Field).
To Delete a certain Field, we need to click on the Delete button next to it.

Clicking on the Delete button will show us a prompt which will ask us if we are sure that we want to Delete that Field.

Here we can go back by pressing "No" or continue with the Field deletion by pressing "Yes".
After we have clicked on the "Yes" button, we will delete the whole Field and all of it's properties.
