The "Agent List" tab should look like this (presuming no Agents were created before).

In this tab, we are able to Find and existing Agent, Create a New Agent or Modify/Edit any of the Agents previously created.

In order for us to Modify or Find any of the Agents, we must first Create them. In this step we will guide you throughout the Agent Creation process and all of the options that you might encounter.

In the last step we have accessed the "Agent List" tab, while in it we can click on the "Add New Agent" Button in order to start creating an Agent.

When we enter a new Password and press Login, we will be logged in as an Agent.

Searching For an Agent

After we have Added the New Agent, we will be able to use the Filter option to find the said Agent or any other previously created Agent.

Image 11: Search/Filter for an Agent

In order to search for an Agent, we will need their Name, Email, Phone or Website. Any of these options individually will do, but the more information we have, the easier it will be for us to find the Agent.

By using the 4 parameters, we have greatly increased our probability of finding the correct Agent that we were searching for.

Edit/Modify the Agent

Edit the Agent

After Adding a New Agent, we are able to Edit/Modify them at any time by finding them in our List and clicking on the Edit button. Through the same way, we are also able to Delete an existing Agent.

Accessing the Edit Agent through the Edit button will cause this tab to appear:

This tab is the same as the one we have encountered when Adding an Agent. Everything we have added when adding the Agent can be changed through this tab.

Once again, make sure to remember the changed "User Name" and "Password" as they are needed to log-in as an Agent.

After Editing everything that needed to be modified, clicking on the "Save" button will Save the changes and modify them (until they are modified again).

Delete the Agent

Deleting an Agent is straightforward, the "Delete" button is located next to the Edit button we have mentioned in the previous section.

Clicking on the "Delete" button will cause a pop-up to appear letting us know that we are about to Delete an Agent and asking us to confirm our action.

At this point, we will be able to Confirm our action by pressing "OK" or Cancel it by pressing the "Cancel".
