Introduction
In this article, you can read how to set up the waiting screens for your agency
Setup
In order to set waiting screens for your travel agency follow the path:
- Once you log in to our platform and redirect to Dashboard find the Website Tab
- Go to View Websites
- Choose the website for which you want to set up the logo and on the right icon click on Edit Website

When you enter the website, scroll down to the Site Customization part where you will insert the Logo images and wait screens for your agency:

On our system, you have the ability to change the following:
| Main Wait Screen | If you add the main screen, it will affect all other actions on the platform (which means you do not have to add the same picture to other fields). Note that if you add the main wait screen picture, it will be the same. |
| Fare Search Wait Screen | The logo/GIF/Image will appear once you click on the search button and the system starts searching for content |
| Fare Rules WaitScreen | The logo/GIF/Image will appear once you click on Fare Rules/Rate Conditions for a specific flight |
| Shopping Cart WaitScreen | The logo/GIF/Image will appear once you add the itinerary to the shopping cart and the system will redirect you to the shopping cart |
| Booking Wait Screen | The logo/GIF/Image will appear once you confirm the reservation and while the system is generating the PNR |
| The Confirmation Screen Text | Add the text that you want to appear on the 'Thank you page once the PNR is generated |

Note: You can do the classic upload of the photo, or to use the URL of the picture which you are using on your website
Note: For each listed image container you also have the abillity to add the custom text
