Introduction


This article will help you to understand how you can book for a travel partner.


Setup


In our system, there is a functionality that allows the traveler to book for himself and his travel partner.


In order to find it follow the next path:


Admin panel → Corporate site → Edit Travel Group → Travel Group Settings → Allow traveler to book travel partner

When this option is enabled, the traveler will have the possibility to select how many persons he wants to create a reservation.

When the flight/car/hotel is added to the shopping cart, traveler information is already prepopulated but he will need to enter information about his travel partner:
