Introduction
In this article, you will have the explanation and instructions for email customization. We will explain each functionality that can affect the customization and how you can make desired changes on your email.
Email Template
We have on our system 2 email templates:
-Simplified (which is the preferred one, and the one which will be set by default)
-Default - Obsolete

The main difference between those 2 templates, is the look and appearance. The simplified, also offers more information and more transparent look.
Confirmation email settings
You have the option to make changes and customize email in website settings, the section called confirmation email settings:

Booking changes-Obsolete
Custom email CSS- This field is related to customization and changing colors on email template. Find how to change colors on email template here.

Booking Cancellation-This box refers to text which will appear in case the booking was canceled.
Email confirmation logo- You can add the logo of your agency which will appear in email as from the example above.
Email Assistance booking message-This box refers to option to request assistance in case you would like to add some custom text
Email Confirmation Text - This will reflect on every action that is triggering email (regardless if it is cancellation email or the approved/confirmed one)
Display Email address on Confirmation Page- If you want, you can set address to be visible on the email. The address will be as same as you set in the website settings for your website:

All information inserted will appear by default on email, but if you want to hide it, you just need to uncheck that box.
Send Booking Error Notification Email- This functionality allows you to receive the email every time the booking failed on your booking engine. You will receive the information about what was expected to be booked among with the error message that traveler received.
Note: Depending on agency (if its Leisure or Corporate), the information will appear on email. For example, the corporate will have also included the information about the cost center, policy, etc. on email.
Note: Agency email is always in CC for each reservation.
