Introduction
In this article, we will explain how to enable importing offline PNR and how to actually do it.
Setup
The setup is very simple. All that you need to do is to enable the option to import Offline PNR. You can do that under website settings. Follow the next path:
Admin panel → Websites → View Websites → Edit website → Enable Offline PNR import

After the option is enabled under the booking tab you will have an additional field to import offline PNR:

How to use it
If you created an offline PNR in Amadeus Host, for example, all you need to do is to enter the PNR in the field for that and to click on Import Offline PNR:

After you click on the Import Offline PNR button, the PNR will be imported:

INFO: The imported offline PNR will be visible in all reports.
In case that on the website you have the markup, the amount of the markup will be added to the air price. In the example below we will show you how the system is adding markup on the air price.
For this example, we created a markup with an amount of 50$.

We created offline PNR and the flight price is 268.90$.

When we import this PNR the air price is increased for the amount of markup.
