The topics that will be covered include creating the website, setting up admin accounts, enabling services, configuring necessary administration settings, and establishing payment options. Additionally, references will be provided for creating corporate employees and making additional changes.
Creating the New Corporate Website
The process of creating a new corporate website begins with the "Site Selection Menu" and selecting the appropriate customer for which the website will be created. Typically, this task is performed by an "Organizational Admin" account. However, please note that "Customer Admin" also has the capability to carry out this process.
Note - Please refer to the documentation page "Creating Leisure or Corporate Branch" if you need to establish a B2B customer branch first.
Before we proceed with creating the new website, it's important to establish the appropriate B2B "Customer Branch" first.
Note - If you need to understand the differences between Administrator accounts, please refer to the documentation page "Administrator Accounts"
Once you are logged in with your "Organizational" or "Customer" Admin account, the process of creating the website will start from the "Site Selection Menu" as you will need to specify for which customer the corporate website will be built.

Start the process by clicking on the appropriate customer for which the website needs to be created in the "Customer Name" collum, example below:

Setting up Administrator Accounts, Payment Options, and Enabling Services For A Newly Created Corporate B2B Website
Now that the new B2B website is created, the next step would be to create administrator accounts (the accounts for people who will manage the website) as well as payment options and the services this corporation will be allowed to be used.
First, let's create a new administrator account. This will be done first by selecting the newly created corporate website, and then in the websites Dashboard, please hover your mouse over the "Users" tab and select the option called "New User" as seen in the example below:

Note - Depending on a type of a User (Administrator) account that performs the process of creating a new Administrator account, you will be allowed to provide certain roles or not. Not all Administrator accounts are allowed to create all roles. Please refer to "Administrator Accounts" article if you need more information regarding the creation and various types of authority that comes with different Administrator accounts.
Now that the administrator account has been created, let us proceed by first enabling services that will be used by the newly created corporate website. Please note that by default, the Thomalex system only enables Air Service and doesn't create any payment options that can be used for completing reservations for any service.
From your website's dashboard, please select "Corporate Site" as seen in the example below:
