The most important part of this tab is reservations. You can see who is the traveler, whether is it air, car, or hotel, and the status of the reservation. Below that you can see the Trip's purpose. There is information about the start date of the trip, PNR, destinations, price per segment, total price, when the reservation is requested, whether is it in or out of policy, and who booked it.

Depending of the traveler has an approver or not, and if the approver approved the reservation the information about the reservation can be different.

For example, if the traveler does not have approval, the status of the reservation will be booked:

If the traveler has an approver and the approver still did not approve the reservation, the status of the reservation will be Pending. Also, you will able to see that reservation is waiting for the approver to be approved:

If the reservation is approved, the status of the reservation will be approved and booked, and you will be able to see who approved it:

If the reservation is rejected by the approver, the status of the reservation will be Rejected:

Also, you can find information about the what was the lowest fare for in and out of policy, the highest fare in and out of policy, the lowest fare in the booked cabin class, and the highest fare. All information is based on the search result when the booking was created. The information about the ticketing time limit can also be found:

In History, you can see all the changes for that reservation. For example, you can see when the reservation was created and who created it. Also, you will have information about when the approval request was sent to the approver and when the reminder was sent to the approver if the approver missed the first notification about the approval need:

The last of these three buttons is the Repeat button.

By clicking on this button, the system will redirect you to the search form and it will prepopulate the same Destinations and for the same traveler from the booking on which you clicked repeat. The purpose of it is that some employees might travel very often on the same routes so it will be a lot easier to create it:

An additional option that you might have depending on the setup is Forward booking. More about that option you find on this link.
