Introduction
This article will explain more about the My Profile tab.
How to use it
My profile tab will be displayed to the employees if that option is enabled.

By clicking on this tab, you will be able to make changes to your profile or you can save your credit card.
The My Profile Option you can also find by clicking on your name in the top right corner, and from the dropdown list you can select it:

Let's now see what kind of changes you can make to your profile. That part called General Information will allow you to change your general information and also to add some specific Travel Preferences and a second part called Manage Credit Card will allow you to save your credit card.

General information
General Information can be divided into 6 sections General Employee Corporate details, Administrative Details, Advanced Passenger Information (APIs), Air Travel Preferences Details, Emergency Contact Details, and Loyalty cards.
NOTE: Information marked with red * are mandatory fields and that fields can not be empty. Also, depanding on the setup there could be more informations that you can add. The images below are just examples.
General Employee Corporate details allow you to change your general information such as title, name, username, email, and password:

In the Administrative Details section, you can define some administrative information such as job title, department, division, project, employee id, business phone, mobile phone, business address, personal address, and cost center:

Advanced Personal Information (APIs) allows you to define the date of birth, gender, and country of nationality and to add passport information.

Air Travel Preferences Details give you the option to set your preferred seat and meal, to specify the redress number, and known traveler ID, and to specify the default departure location (airport or city).

Emergency contact details allow you to enter information from the person who should be contacted in emergency situations:

Depending on the setup and if your role is approver then you will have an additional option to set in General Information and that is Delegate trip approval to another approver. With this option, you can set that all approvals for reservations that will come to you for approval during the specified time range will be delegated to another Approver from the Travel Group. This option is used when you are out of the office for some reason:

Under the loyalty cards section, you can add loyalty cards, loyalty cards for cars and hotels, and commercial cards for air and train. Loyalty cards are a marketing strategy that rewards customers for their repeat visits and purchase.

For the Loyalty card, you will need to select the card name and input the card number:

For Car vendor, you need to select car vendor and input the card number:

For Hotel vendor, you need to select Hotel chain and input the card number:

NOTE: Hotel Vendor preferences will not work for unonimus users. It will work only for users that have profile on the system. Also, traveler needs to be loged in before initiating search since the Hotel Vendor preference inforamtion is used in the search for getting better prices.
For Train Commercial cards you need to select the type of commercial cards and input the card number:

For Air commercial cards, you need to select the airline and input the card number:

Manage Credit Card
Here you can add your credit cards. You can add more than one. First, you need to select type of the credit card and then input the credit card information. Also, you can add the description for the credit card.

After you finish, you need to click on the Add Card button and the credit card will be added on the right side. You can add more than one credit card. You can delete or edit credit cards that you previously added:

When the credit card is added and when you are in the shopping cart and you select payment with a personal credit card then you will have a preselected credit card that you added to your profile. In case you have more than one credit card, from the list of the credit card you will select with which credit card you want to pay:

Manage Custom fields
Depending on the setup you can have an additional tab that you can manage under My profile and that is Custom fields.

In the example below, you have custom fields that allow you to choose do you need airport transfer or not. Depending on what you choose under this tab, that will be a predefined selection in the shopping cart.

Any changes that you made in the My Profile tab will not be saved automatically, so you need to click on the Save button.
