Introduction
This PNR Creation wizard lets you specify at what time you want to create PNR and save the fare for the booking made.
The wizard consists of a single page – PNR Creation setting.
In order to access it use the following path:
Corporate Site → Edit Travel Group → PNR Creation on the left side

The options that can be found in this wizard will be enlisted in the table below.
| Setting Name | Description |
| PNR Creation at booking | Select PNR creation at booking and PNR will be created before the booking is sent for approval. The system will display the Amadeus PNR on the confirmation page. PNR Creation at approval Select PNR creation at approval and PNR will not be created before the booking is sent for approval. The system will not display the Amadeus PNR on the confirmation page. Once the approver has approved the booking, the system will check the available booking and create the PNR with the fare found for the flights. If approval is not required, the system will create PNR and save fare, even if PNR creation at approval is activated. |
| PNR Cancellation | Enable pre-ticketing will be allowed |
| PNR Modification: | Specify whether PNR modification will be enabled in the pre-ticketing |
| Grace Amounts | Consists of options where Air total fare, Car Total Fare, and Hotel Total Fare can be specified. For each service, there will be two settings where the "Maximum value" can be set in the "Amount" field and the " Maximum Percentage" can be specified in the "%" field. |
