Introduction
This tab within Travel Group Settings provides you with the ability to download an existing on-request hotel collection as well as the ability to bulk upload numerous hotel properties.
Note that this approach of setting up On-Request Hotel setup throgh the travel group is a legacy one and it differs from the new approach that is created through the tab located in the Dashboard.
Functionality "On-request hotels" first need to be enabled in the website settings. Reach out to the Thomalex Support team in order for the functionality to be enabled.
In order to access the On-Request Hotel Setting in the travel group settings use the following path:
Corporate Site → Edit Travel Group → On-Request Hotel Setting on the left side

Once the tab is selected, the options to Downalod an existing On-request hotel Collection as well as the ability to bulk upload on-request hotel collection can be found:

| Setting Name | Description |
| Download the existing Hotel Collection | Once you click on the "Download" button it will download the existing On-request hotel collection in a .csv format. |
| Option to "Choose" | If selected, it will present you with the option to upload the On-request collection from a .csv file. |
