Introduction
A list of employees presents the part of travel group settings where all employee provides are created and managed.
This part of travel group settings is also a place where approval managers can be specified or coordinator policy enabled for any employee.
Additionally, through List of Employees, you are able to sync the traveler information from and to GDS systems and also do the bulk upload/download of employees.
List of Employees
In order to access the List of Employees use the following path:
Select your corporate website → Corporate Site → Edit Travel Group → List Employees on the left side

After the "List Employees" tab is selected, the "List" will be presented in the middle of the screen:

The four options on the top are "Create Employee", "Upload Employee File", "Download CSV Employee Data", and "Download Excel Employee Data" will be further explained below:

Setting Name | Description |
Create Employee | Once clicked, the panel for employee creation will open up with two available tabs. General Information Presents a panel where employee information is specified. Next to the regular personal information, you are able to specify Frequent Flyer Program information, Air Commercial Cards as well as Car and Hotel preference details. Note that the fields with (*) asterisk signs are mandatory. Upload Employee File | Allows you to bulk upload employees from a CSV file for eighter one or multiple travel groups. For detailed guidelines on how to perform a batch upload of employees please refer to the following link - Upload Employee File - Employee Batch Upload |
Sync Employee Profiles | Once clicked it will provide you with the option to specify the Corporate Record locator that once entered and initiated by clicking on the "Start Synchronization" will sync your travel group with the settings in the GDS system. Download CSV Employee Data | The option that downloads all employee data from a travel group in a .csv format. |
Download Excel Employee Data | The option that downloads all employee data from a travel group in a .xsls format. |
Downloading CSV/Excel Data is crucial as we are able to see all of the information shown in those Files.
We can easily pick up any Information from the Files as they can be in the Format we need and neatly displayed
Additionally, this can be beneficial for checking Activity on our Website, and whether any of the Employees are not Active by checking the EmployeeActive Row:

These Files are great for adding bulk information, as we can always add more rows of Employees and manage that information quicker.
Additionally, we can also Edit any of the Profiles from the Platform itself.
To do this, we need to Click on Edit next to the Employee which you want to Edit the information for

After this, you will be able to change all of the Information regarding that specific Employee in their Profile. All of the added fields will be shown in the same tab.

All of these options will be available to the Profile Manager, who will have access to all Employees and is able to manage all of their Information.
