Multisource hotels are not available  

  1. Be sure of is that for your Office ID multisource content is enabled by Amadeus. If you are using Amadeus offline that means that you have two Office IDs, one is offline and the second one is online. The online Office ID is used by the Thomalex system (web service provider) in order to get content from Amadeus. If you have multisource content on your offline OID, that does not mean that you will have it on your online OID. Regarding that, please be sure that your online OID multisource content is enabled by Amadeus. You can check that with your Amadeus account manager.
  2. You as a customer would need to register with the aggregators with your online OID that is being used for content retrieval. If you do not know how to do it, contact your Amadeus Account Manager.
  3. If you completed the first two steps, please contact Thomalex Support Team at support@thomalex.com to activate the Multisource search for you.
