Introduction
Travel Coordination Settings is part of the Thomalex corporate environment where options to manage bookings by coordinators and options to allow guests to be booked by travel group members are located.
You will also find the options to expand passanger details on the shopping cart as well as the option to provide the coordinator with the ability to maintain traveler's information.
Travel Coordination Settings
Listed below are all the settings from the tab with their descriptions:
| Setting Name | Description |
| Maximum number of passengers allowed | Specify the maximum number of passengers that can be booked by the coordinator in one reservation. Note: Nine is the maximum number of passengers allowed by GDS standards. |
| Allow to book guest traveler bookings | Specify if you want to give authority to the travel coordinator to make bookings for people who are not employed by the organization or whose profile doesn’t exist in the system. |
| Expand passenger details on the shopping cart | Specify if you want to expand the details of the traveler and guest when a coordinator is doing the booking. |
| Enable Coordinator To Maintain Traveler Information | When this option is enabled it will allow the coordinator to administrate a profile for employees for which he is assigned to be a coordinator. It will be applied to all coordinators that belong to the travel group. |
| Allow Coordinator to manage reservations for all employees in TG | Enabling this option will authorize all coordinators from the travel group to arrange bookings for all employees to whom he is not set to be a coordinator. After the coordinator clicks on "Arrange New Travel" he will be able to add any member of the travel group and proceed with the booking. |
