New Features

  • ClearSale - Fraud Protection Solution


Added a new Fraud Detection solution which enables Agencies to lower their risk of online frauds by analyzing the information's which are entered during the reservation process. It is using their A.I. technology to find common fraud patterns and in case of some unexpected behavior, they are switching to the manual review process. After a manual review an agency receives an email with their findings.  For more information's how does their process works, please read more here


Agency should have a signed contract with ClearSale and once the legal papework is signed, agency can enable ClearSale into our platform.


In order to enable it, please navigate to Websites -> Edit Website  and scroll to the Antifraud settings section. Enable it and choose ClearSale.

  • Approval Flow - Multi rule and multi level


Up until now, in our solution you only had two options for creating Approval Flow. 

  • Default Approval Flow
  • Cost Center Approval Flow

You could choose one or the another. This solution had a limitation on the number of approval levels and in the requests such a different approval manager for domestic and for international flights. Similar issue was for request on having different manager to approve the reservation based on the cost.


We have added now this capability. Corporation can now have different approval flow based on a price, cost center, flight (domestic/international). You can also combine several conditions.

NOTE: Currently we still don't support excel and csv upload with a new Approval Flow. It will come in the next release.


  • API integration - Lion Air - Added a direct integration with the low cost carrier Lion Air. 
  • API integration - CitiLink - Added a direct integration with the low cost carrier CitiLink.




Improvements

  • SSO - Direct Login and search for Car and Hotel - Added an ability to allow clients when performing a SSO to be able to prefill the information's and initiate the Car and Hotel search directly from their solution
  • Airport list updates - updated a few airports in Asia which were before used as military bases and now they are being used for commercial use
  • Airline logo updates  - Added a few new airline logos
  • Added missing frequent flyer program - Missing info for WN airline
  • Improved password security policy - For all clients under the *.resvoyage.com will now be forced to improve their password strength. Minimum length is 7 characters and needs to contain at least one capital letter, number and a special character.
  • Decommissioning *.amadeuscorporatetravel.com domain - All customers which are hosted under the *.amadeuscorporatetravel.com will be automatically redirected to the same subdomains but with the new domain name: *.thomalex.travel. Customers will have another 6 months to totally remove the old domain from their usage. Until then customers will automatically be redirected to the new domain.





Bug Fixes

  • Geolocation search issue - System was not narrowing the results properly for Sandton in SA. It was not appearing the search results
  • Widget datepicker issue - User was not able to select a current date for a flight search even though in the Air Travel Settings you have selected 0 as the beginning date
  • Travel Fusion Fare Family - In a specific use case we were not returning the expected fare families in the search results 
  • Cost Center Budget - There was a situation where approval manager rejected the reservation and budget was not restored
