Email ending in spam:

If you aren't receiving email, first you need to check your spam folder.

If email is in your spam folder then you need to do this set up:

As we are using smtp2go.com as an email delivery service, that means that if you want to send an email using your own "from" email address, you need to add a few additional settings in your DNS provider which will tell the world that you agree that smtp2go can send an email in your behalf.
That is needed in order to prevent emails from going to the spam/junk folder and being rejected.

These are the records that need to be added:
CNAME                 em50393        return.smtp2go.net
CNAME                 s50393    dkim.smtp2go.net
CNAME                 link          track.smtp2go.net

Once you do that, all emails will be delivered as normal.
